Orders can only be cancelled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Refunds may be subject to processing fees. 10% Processing fee applies to all orders cancelled.

Due to the hand made, fresh nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. This policy ensures the freshness and potency of our products.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, opened merchandise, all fragrances, personal care items, and supplements.
